Citadel at Apt. 200 Montreal

This Halloween weekend, Citadel took over Montreal.

This was a collaboration with our homies over at KAJ. They’re a collective of creatives from Montreal, Paris & New York. We did this with the help of Turning Point, Montreal based record label. What made it even more special was being in one of my favourite venues – Apartment 200.

Shoutouts to DOJO!, Ty Senoj, M1RZA, Peameal Bacon, Sol Evol, Qi Yama, ABDOU, ZaZa, Skarfo & Rech, Honey Drip, Nectar, Ness One, Jack George, and Sam Paulino.

Appreciative of my day ones who drove out from Toronto, my old friends who I saw from Halifax, and the new faces I met from Montreal.

You guys showed love and we’re forever grateful.

We’ll definitely be back.

Until next time.

Inspired by Halifax, made for Halifax

You know who we are, you know where we’re from, & you know that everything we create is Made in Canada. But every now and then, its important to give a meaningful reminder.

This collection is a tribute to the landmark that sparked our ideas – the iconic Citadel Hill.

The graphic printed on the hoodie is an overhead view of what Citadel Hill looks like from way up. The Aerial tees represent this as well, with the screen print in silver ink as our iteration. Our Citadel wordmark is embroidered in the middle in a complimentary tone.

The pink & yellow shirts were custom-dyed and faded for the perfect summer shades. We wanted to make sure that the colours not only look good, but are actually easy to wear. Not too bright, but colourful enough to feel the vibe. And since we know some of you like to keep it more simple, we made them in black & white too.

We also released a fresh batch of our Signature Caps in matching colourways. The light pink, light yellow, and light blue hats make a collection that can be perfectly paired together.

The lookbook features Alfie, songwriter from Halifax. If you know him, you know what he’s done in the music scene here as a rapper and now singer. If not, get to know him – he’s going to be making bigger waves very soon. Our videos for the collection preview some new Alfie tracks. They’re currently unreleased, but keep up with him if you want to know when they’re dropping.

The lookbook was shot at the Halifax Public Gardens by King.

There were 2 key things kept in mind when making this collection: making sure that this project shines creatively, & making something that resonates with our city.

I hope we can make you proud. The full lookbook & collection are now up on our website.

High Klassified – Live in Halifax

Thank you Halifax for a sold-out show.

On Friday, March 24th, we teamed up with our homies at Second World Collective for something special.

Fresh off the release of his hit production “Coming Out Strong” with The Weeknd and Future, High Klassified made his way to Halifax for a live performance and celebration of our new Spring/Summer 2017 Collection. From A-Trak’s Fool’s Gold Records, the 24 year old from Montreal has solidified his position as one of the hottest up-and-comers in the hip-hop and electronic scenes.

Video recap coming soon.
